Jillian Evanko
Ms. Evanko has served as Chief Executive Officer of Duravant, LLC, a portfolio company of Warburg Pincus, Carlyle, and Temasek, since January 2026. Prior to joining Duravant, Ms. Evanko served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Chart Industries, Inc. from June 2018 to January 2026, having previously served as Chief Financial Officer from February 2017 to June 2018. Before joining Chart, Ms. Evanko served as Chief Financial Officer of Truck‑Lite Co., LLC and held multiple operational and financial executive positions at Dover Corporation and its subsidiaries. Prior to joining Dover in 2004, Ms. Evanko held financial and operational roles at Arthur Andersen, LLP, Honeywell Corporation, and Sony Corporation. Ms. Evanko also serves as a director of Greif, Inc., and she previously served as a director of Chart Industries, Parker Hannifin, and Alliant Energy.
